Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Streakky. We've kept it short and readable — the important parts are about your account, your subscription, and how squads work.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and website (the "Service") provided by Streakky Private Limited ("Streakky", "we", "us"), incorporated in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01 Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Streakky. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
02 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass members of your squad.
- Attempt to game, falsify, or reverse-engineer the streak engine, XP economy, or honesty mechanic.
- Disrupt, overload, or probe the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
03 Squads & your content
You own the content you create — habits, notes, messages, and shared sprints. By posting to a squad or the Sprint Marketplace, you grant other members and us a limited license to display and, for marketplace sprints, clone that content within the Service, with lineage preserved.
You're responsible for what you share. Be decent: squads work because people trust each other.
04 Subscriptions & billing
Streakky offers a free Starter plan and paid Basic and Pro plans, billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (global). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are shown in ₹ and $ and may vary by region and applicable taxes.
- You can cancel anytime from settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.
05 Free trials & refunds
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your plan begins and the first charge applies. If something goes wrong, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll work with you to make it right, subject to the rules of the app store or payment processor used.
06 Our intellectual property
The Streakky name, logo, app, and the underlying streak engine — including parameterized sprints, polarity scoring, the honesty-rewarded XP economy, real-time Squad Pulse, and quest-tree dependencies — are owned by Streakky Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP rights.
workspace_premiumThese mechanics are genuinely novel and proprietary. You may use them through the Service, but you may not copy, replicate, or build a competing engine from them.
07 Disclaimers
Streakky supports habit-building; it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streakky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or streaks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
09 Termination
You can stop using Streakky and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or us. On termination, the rights you granted us end, except as needed to comply with law or resolve disputes.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Ghaziabad / Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, will have jurisdiction over any disputes, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
